"(Early) Happy Birthday to me! And baby makes 3!," read the message accompanying the image.The actress broke the news on Tuesday when she posted a photo on Twitter of her growing belly, along with her husbandMark Wilkersen and their two young boys, Mason and Braydon.
Hart later thanked well-wishers on Twitter: "Thanks to all of you for the love about my big news!"
The former Sabrina the Teenage Witchactress, who turns 36 on Wednesday, has been married to Wilkersen since 2003.
Melissa & Joey, which Hart also executive produces, is slated to return for its second season Wednesday, May 30 at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.
